12月8日，浮力森林通过官方公众号发布法院破产公告，宣告其主体浙江浮力森林食品有限公司正式进入破产清算程序。这一陪伴杭州消费者20余年的面包品牌，最终未能逃脱持续多年的经营困局。
根据杭州市钱塘区人民法院公告，法院已于今年10月22日裁定受理债权人杭州沃艺装饰设计有限公司对浙江浮力森林食品有限公司的破产清算申请，并于11月3日指定浙江诺力亚律师事务所担任管理人。公告明确，债权人需在12月22日前向管理人申报债权，书面说明债权数额、担保情况等并提交证据。12月29日法院将召开第一次债权人会议。
公开资料显示，浮力森林于2000年注册，2002年正式投产运营。作为杭州本土老牌烘焙品牌、曾经的新三板挂牌企业，浮力森林自2020年起历经三次闭店风波。
2020年7月，浮力森林突然发布公告宣布关厂闭店。在致消费者信中，公司提到，除疫情冲击外，公司数据库遭人为入侵破坏，致使大量来历不明的充值卡流入市场，给企业造成重大经济损失。时隔两个月，浮力森林首批22家门店重启营业。
2021年7月，浮力森林再度宣布关厂闭店三个月。
然而，再次重启却让消费者等待了近一年时间。2022年6月，浮力森林下沙工厂店开启试营业，但仅维持半年，便因管道改造暂停营业，此后再未恢复正常运营。
经营困境之下，浮力森林的资产处置消息也随之传出。2024年3月，阿里法拍平台上架了该公司位于杭州滨江区东冠路、上城区平海路的两处房产。
也是在当月，浮力森林通过官方公众号发布情况通告，其中提到：“我们会继续努力，不负众望地回归，给大家一个圆满的交待！”
昨日下午，记者拨打了浮力森林400客服电话，始终无法接通。
记者联系了法院指定破产管理人浙江诺力亚律师事务所的朱律师，朱律师明确表示，此次发布的公告，主要面向的就是持有卡券的消费者。根据公告，债权人需要向管理人书面说明债权数额等信息并提供相关证据材料。
朱律师进一步解释，若消费者持有的是不记名充值卡，可提供卡号清晰完整的卡片正反面复印件，后续管理人将依据卡号核查卡内剩余金额。若是记名充值卡或小程序绑定账户，则提供账户名、账户内的金额截图。关于债权申报的具体操作流程，12月9日通过浮力森林官方公众号正式发布。
